Good day

On the 17th March 2013 I upgraded to a Blackberry Bolt 9900.

I have 7 contracts with Vodacom.

On the 5th April 2013 after I loaded all my personal information on the phone, it just went dead. The phone was not even 18day's old.

On Saturday the 06 April I went to Vodaworld in Midrand to report the broken phone, they booked the phone in for repairs, they gave me a loan phone (LG).

The consultant also told me at Vodaworld that the Blackberry 9900 is prone to problems, she thinks they will give me a new phone.

I am very unhappy with this service.

I would like to replace my Blackberry 9900 with a Blackberry Z10, and feel that because my phone was new i should not have to wait for repairs. There is surely a guarantee longer than 3 weeks on the phone. i would therefore appreciate follow up and replacement of the broken phone.
