Bad Service from Vodaworld

On Friday 4 January 2013 I took my blackberry bold 9900 to Vodaworld in Midrand because the keyboard was not working.(I upgraded to this phone in July 2012). My phone was booked in and I went to pick up my new refurbished phone on Sunday 20 January. Tuesday morning (22/01/2013) my phone started rebooting itself every 3 minutes. I had to drive all the way back to Vodaworld to have my phone exchanged. After waiting there for 4.5 hours I eventually went home with another refurbished phone. On Friday afternoon (25/01/2013) my phone went off and did not want to switch on again. So for the 3rd time I had to go back to Vodaworld on Saturday morning. When I got there the manager (Promise) assisted me. She took my phone to the back together with my battery and said both the phone and the battery are faulty and they are going to replace it. I made it clear to her that I did not want another refurbished phone again and that I wanted a new one. She then went to the back and then she told me that they have one stock phone in the store and that they will give it to me. After waiting for another two hours I received my "new" phone, but they told me that they are not going to replace my battery.
