Irate, dissatisified, angry over damaged goods

I have been with vodacom for the past 10 years I have never had any problems with the service or goods. My latest cellphone is on contract and with a 2 year waranty on it. On the 23 January 2014i hand in my phone to vodacom customer service at Gateway, Dbn for a software upgrade and to replace the speaker on my handset. My phone goes to the advance repair centre and after a week the customer servise callls to tell me that my phone canpt be repaired due to liquid damage, and yet this was a perfectly working phone, they are willing to give me a replace ment phone but with a cash difference of R2000.00 when I calleed to enquire about this the manager was not available and to date has not returned my call. A day later I receive an smsstating that vodacom has declined the replacement phone and will be sending ba kmy phone that is not fixed.
This is really nonsence, we pay so much to take up contracts and whenwe have problems vodacom decides togive us abot repairs to their products. All I want is to fix my phone or give me a replacement phone.
My contract is due for an upgrade in 3 months and should I not receive the service I will move over toanother network.
