A month without Internet and still no HELP

On the 12th of December I logged a complaint to Vodacom with regards to my internet service not working and I was told I will receive feedback within 24 hours. Then the next day I called to ask how far and they told me I will be called back. Within some time I was called back to be told we saw your request and we will look into it. Then later during the day an agent from Cape Town called me to say they need to log another service request because the previous one was incorrect. As per my knowledge we trust call centre to do its job but now seems like they are useless. I spent 25 minutes on a stupid questionnaire about my details which has nothing to do with regards to the problem I have. Then every now and again I had to call to ask what is going on with my query they told me someone is looking into it. Then this year I called and I was told that the Technicians were on leave and I could only be assisted now only. How smart of them to inform me. The service I received from Vodacom with regards to service and client orientation was and its still pathetic because even today the managers are still saying they are going to call me back and no one has. TILL TODAY NO HELP AT ALL
