I have queried with a few stores & I need to try & understand why MTN cannot help me (or expect me to pay for repairs):
I have had my Blackberry Pearl on Contract from 2011, however in 2012 the phone was replaced as there was a problem with it (this makes it under 2 years old)
I now have a similar problem were the phone just does not switch on - & I am being told my consultants that I need to pay for these repairs.
Why may I ask is this _ I believe that MTN should be able to assist me as this phone I now have is under 2 years old.
