Need my phone changed

On Sunday the 10th of November I called the call centre to query about my phone that has faulty feature (Svoice not responding) bear in mine I got the phone on Tuesday the 5th of November this is one of the main feature on the fone I came across a very rude call centre agent who told me it will take no more that 48 hours for the technical team to get in contact with me and she smsed me a reference number, I called back on Tuesday 12th November just to find out that my requested was never logged and I received now a second reference number which I was told someone will get in contact with me shortly, but still nothing I called yesterday Wednesday 13th November since I never received the any feedback to be told that the requested has been logged but there is not feedback as yet, I spoke to a lady on the upgrade dept who told me that I will be assisted no later that Friday that was around 3:26pm on Wednesday. it pas 2pm not and I still never received any call was so ever from Vodacom - I am a loyal customer and Vodacom service is very bad. I told the lady that I will lay a complain on hello peter should I not received any feedback today. I need my fone to be changed
