INTERNET/WHATSAPP STILL NOT WORKING

On the 2nd Jan 2014, my Bis icon went off and i purchase Bis thinking of my currentservice is finished, i received confirmation that i have bis, and since the 2nd i have no whats app and i cant receive emails, i cant go to internet . i have logged few callS with data agents and reffered my request to back office technicians, of which Randall and Yunus responded that they still working on my request with no ref nos. I regret why iPorted my numbers to Vodacom. I just want my credit for BIS and i want to port out, what 'm i paying for. I took my fone to repairs, other sims are working and Bis icon displays and my sim doesnt- i have paid for sim unnecessarily. My 3g/ edge icon dsplays in sm .all letters, on and off. I cant access internet only Vodacom. I run my small business and need emails pls

And on the 12th jan 2014 i called 082111 the lady told me that she cant help me with vmail, i must call data support, support told me they cant i must call them back as he cant delete and reload my vmail, When dials 121 it says i have no vmail. i give up with vodacom, i thout you are better and ur compaints are too high -tells me something is wrong.
