I got a SMS from Vodacom to inform me my migration was successful on the 26th of November 2013, However I did not do any migration, nor was I informed of being migrated.

I called Vodacom 27 November and queried this, S3-T6F2P-PACIJ, I was told it is a mistake and it is being logged with the back-office.

Since then my phone stopped working meaning I can not make sms'es or make any calls.

I expected to get a call or email or sms in 24 hours, as promised by Vodacom, this did not happen.
Logged into Vodacom, just to find the service request was closed on the same day!!!

I phoned vodacom again today (from my working MTN phone), a 20 minute call that cost me more than R30... just to be told that 500 subscribers were migrated from business per second to Smart S contract, with more benefits. And no reason why no one was not informed.

My problem is that Vodacom did not inform me of changing, or migrating my package, it was just done without permission. Secondly, my phone has not been working for the past 5 days. Thirdly, SR's are closed without any action being taken.

Vodacom is in breach of contract! I request, no, demand service from Vodacom Immediately, at Vodacom's cost.
