On Thursday my account was converted from prepaid to Topup 135 (contract) without my consent. Vodacom says that someone from FNB opened the contract for me. I asked them to please cancel it and they said it will be canceled in the next 24 hours and that was Friday.
It is Tuesday today and i cannot go on the internet or receive and send bbms!
i have called Vodacom a million times and every time i call they tell me different stories.
No one gets back to me to give me feed back!
ooh when i called last night they told me that my query was logged on Friday already but it still has not been assigned to anyone to process or assist with the problem.
I am soo annoyed
