Hi, My name is Patricia Zondi and i took a new contract with Vodacom is September 2012. The phone was Nokia Lumnia. The sales person did not explain to me that if i buy the phone i would need certain software in order to be able to use it. Two weeks of having the phone i took it back to Lerato (salesperson) at Maponya and told her i was not happy with the phone. I stated my reasons and the phone was taken by the store and that they would install something. Weeks went by and i got a call from Carly their manager saying that they have received complains about this Nokia Lumia so they were thinking of discountinuing it. I was promised that i would be given another phone. Then he came back and said we have to cancel this contract and then i would apply for a new one. My bank account has been debited for a phone that i dont have. The contract has never been cancelled and i am given promises everyday. Now my other contract is affected as i said i will not pay until this gets sorted out. I do not owe Vodacom for 2 phones and i will not pay for something i dont have. I want my airtime for the months i have paid!! This has gone on for too long now.
