More than frustrated

I took out a cell contract for R479 a month, received a Nokia Lumia and Baymobile cell pone and three sim cards. My nightmare began from inception of the contract in May, the Baymobile phone didnt work, I called them at told them, they took the phone in for repairs which took two months, once that one came back the Nokia Lumia just wouldnt switch on, they took it for repairs, it came back and when it came back it couldnt read my simcard. I have told them todate a month later this phone has not been collected. The one sim card can send sms's but can not receive. I have been trying from June to get this resolved, have checked mesage centre number and even done a sim swop (at my cost) but the problem still persist. Needless to say they have been deducting R479 from my account every month.
