Very badService - Fautly Device (New Contract)

In July took a contract Nokia Lumia 620 with Autopage online, activation was done on the 110713. On delivery I received an Phone/Sim. Within the space of 2 weeks after receiving I started to experience problems with the phone - Switches itself off. 290713 I contacted 0116505111 to report the matter, the Agent advised me to take the phone to the nearest store. I drove to Autopage in Cape Gate just before 7pm. At the store I was told they can't take the phone contending that the head office must come collect the phone from my house as it was an online sale.300713 I again called Autopage, I explained the story AGAIN for the 3rd time, I was told same thing that I need to take the phone to the store AGAIN. 300713 drove to store in Tyger Valley, they also refused to take the phone. They referred me back to the head office. At this point I had no choice but force the store guys to take the phone. 310713 I contacted the head office again & I happened to get through to the same guy I spoke to on the 30/07/2013. No help. I am so inconvenienced - Wasted my Time, Petrol, Airtime & also no phone. It been less than a month in contract already sick of Autopage service
