I bought a Nokia Lumia 800 on a contract (Talk 1000), after a couple of months the phone started giving me problems. At that stage I had to renew my contract and I initially opted for a iPhone, but the saleslady a Madelize convince me to take the Nokia Lumia 800 (I told her that I don't want problems with a phone, because its going to be my first fully fledge touch screen phone, but she insisted that the phone is a good product). The phone is not working now and if I take it in again it will be the 3rd time. I wanted to take it back today but the place was understaff and I left without leaving the phone. I want them to take this phone and supply me with a new phone.
