Good day
I have lost my phone Samsung Galaxy S2 than my insurance paid me out with a Lumia 720 (white) which switched off 3 days later than i took it back and they gave me another Lumia 720 (black) which after 3 weeks also switched off and didnt ever switch on again, I took the phone back to MTN on monday and today and proposed to the Consultant that i dont want another Lumia any more, i would like to have another phone that matches up to the same contract i have, today i got feedback saying they cannot change the phone, they took the phone for repairs and will get feedback after a week or soo. They say i can only get another phone if the same problem happens the 3rd time around, I DONT WANT ANOTHER NOKIA LUMIA anymore. Can someone please assist me in this regards as i dont have a phone at the moment.
