Complaint / review / scam report

I have complaint before regarding my nokia that went for repairs.This time i have reached a point where i dont want this phone any more NOKIA LUMIA 900.the problems with this phone never end and nobody ever told me that i will encounter these problems when i chose this phone.i went to service centre and waited for 30minutes- 1hour and i explained that the problems are internet access, mms and dialing *111#.At every store that i seeked help from, i was told that for *111# i have to take this phone to nokia, i didnt because i dont have time because it has to be taken in for sometime-why was i not told about this common problem in the beginning?? The technician told me that he fixed mms and internet access and i believed him because he is an expert, guess what, a week after that when i wanted to send MMS, the phone gave me the same message ' your mobile operator to adjust your settings.employees of vodacom know that lumia has issues, so why dont you send everyone who uses it a message to bring it in so that you can fix everything about this phone? i have been having a Vodacom/nokia contract/top up since 2004 and this is the 1st phone/service that is a real disappointment.
