Pre-paid 2GB per month data stick. Speed advertised 'up to 5mbps'. Exceeding slow connection (despite it saying it is HSUPA).
Reported 15/03/2013. Chased up 20/03/2013.
Speed is still unacceptable. We have had no contact. I am pretty sure no one has even been allocated the problem. We were one of the people who took a chance on Cell C when they were still quite new. Someone actually phoned us to check that we were happy with the connection, speed and so on. We were very impressed.
No longer.
Contacted again today, tried to speak to a supervisor at Technical Services. No one available. Was told someone would call back. Over an hour later - no contact.
Please would someone take ownership of our problem and get it sorted out.
