I have had a problem with my Cell C modem the last 2 weeks... The connection is not there or so slow that loading a webpage can take up to 5 minutes!!! I called the call centre 25.03.2013 and was told this was a nationwide problem and all was being done to fix.
Today a week later problem is still there!
I went to my local Cell c shop (La Lucia Mall) and the lady there tried my modems and they are fine there. So I take it is the area I live in? (Sunningdale, Durban 4051)
I was told by the call centre that a supervisor would call me back this morning (Name: Brendon) Still no call... Just called again and was told that another supervisor would call me straight back... Still no call!
I need my connection speed fixed ASAP as I have already paid for a service that is not working.
Cell c worked fine with a good speed beforehand so something is wrong.
