About two weeks ago I called cell c to complain about my network speeds. We did some basic troubleshooting and they logged a call for the technical team to do a site visit and determine the cause of the problem. I had to wait 7 working days. It has now been more than 7 working days and no one has contacted me with regards to this. I phoned cell c a total number of 4 times and no one could give me any feedback.
The slow connection is unacceptable. When I just received the speed stick the speeds were great but after a year of using it, the connection speed is really bad. All I want is for someone to help me but when you call the call center no one can give you any information. Seriously considering just cancelling my subscription.
