In May 2013 someone from the telesales department phoned me and sold me a USB speed stick. I received it but realised that I can not use the stick at all as the internet won't work due to no coverage. I took the stick to my daughter that live in Pretoria and it worked 100% I phoned a lady in Polokwane and she told me that there is no data coverage in Musina and I shouldn't buy anything over the phone. If that is true, surely the person at the Telesales should have known as they delivered the stick at my address in Musina.
I phoned Cell C and they send me a form to fill in. I did that and since then I have had 2 phone calls saying they are working on it. In the meantime I am still paying for the contract as agreed upon but I don't use the data at all, which means I am paying for data that I am losing every month.
I would like for this problem to be sorted out as soon as possible, as this is taking way too long.
