I ordered two phones (iPhone 32GB and Samsung Galaxy SIII i.e. Anytime 350 TopUp and Anytime 200 TopUp) on the 14th Feb 2013 from MTN Direct and they were delivered the following day. I then discovered the iPhone had a crack and I called MTN Direct, and I was informed to drop it at any MTN store. I dropped the phone at MTN Morningside. The salesperson Vusi Dube from MTN Direct, I instructed him to cancel the contract for the iPhone as at MTN Morningside they could not give me another phone. Two weeks later the contract had not been cancelled, I was frequently calling him for updates but he was not helpful. I then got hold of him and I instructed him to give me another phone. The phone that I was given has not been working since I got it. The contract I took is Anytime 350 TopUp and the phone should be working. I have spoken to his supervisor Tiny Tsele but nothing has been resolved. I have received a statement that they will be debiting my account for a phone I am not using.
