A few weeks ago, I signed up for a speed stick- data bundle to be able to access the internet from my PC.
On enquiry I asked to the connct and speed was quick and I was told that it was.
Since we have received the speed stick, it has taken me over an hour and a half this morning to access facebook and try to manage a group page, thus still been unsuccessful.
When I phoned in this morning told that neither the person or the supervisor was available as they were coming on duty @ 11 am this morning. So there is no other supervivor available to speak to!
Do you to customers to get bussiness sales as the work ethics is most unprofessional!
