I wanted to activate LTE.
I called in 4 times in the call centre. 1) the 1st time the agent transferred me to technical but guess what the line got cut and that happend another two times. ARE YOUR STAFF PROPERLY TRAINED?? do they know how to transfer a call? so the last time i called, when i finally got through. i asked to speak to technical immediatelt. finally i got through and spoke to an agent and guess what??? CELL C DOESNT OFFER LTE!!! why couldnt i be notified of this on my first call? please train your staff coz you completed wasted my time and your own time. I EXPECT A CALL BACK!
