INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!

In February I collected a handset for one of my contracts from Nashua Mobile, Canal Walk. When collecting I inquired what phone I can get for one of my other contracts that was due for upgrade. Warren advised me that I can get an Nokia Asha 300. He showed me the handset, and I took a picture of it to show my mother what handset she will be getting. He also said that I will only be able to get it after the 1st of March 2013. I went back to the store on the 2nd of March and Carla assisted me and said it is not available on that contract. I went back on the 7th and Marlyn assisted me. He sent e-mails to Wesley and Warren regarding the issue. Wesley called me on the 8th and I explained my disgust and anger regarding the matter. He was going to find out what options there are for me. But up till today I had no feedback. I went back to the store this evening. Both of them were not there and Marlyn was not able to assist me but he was surprised that the matter was not resolved.
