No delivery of handset and poor service

I asked for my handset to be delivered to a Nashua Mobile branch. The nearest to my workspace is Sandton City. I was informed this morning that my handset was ready for collection from the Nashua Mobile store in Sandton City (banking court store). However, when I got there this morning, the store was closed for renovations. The store was running from a Kiosk. When I approached the kiosk, not only were the staff members rude and unfriendly, they also informed me that the do not have my handset as they do not keep stock. I phoned the person who arranged the upgrade for me who would have contacted me back. It is more than an hour later and I still have not heard a single thing. Upgrade reference number 8883292. I am actually thinking of cancelling with Nashua Mobile (after 8 years) and porting my number elsewhere.
