I am due to upgrade my contact, I visited Nashua Mobile Canal Walk on 25th May 2013, waited my turn and spoke to Marlyn. I informed him I thought I was on the wrong package, He said he would get the call usage for the past 6 months for me, mail it to me on the following Monday so we could discuss what package would be best suited for my monthly spend. I tried in vain to call Marlyn at Canal Walk from Tuesday despite having 4 phone numbers for the branch - they either constantly ring or are engaged. I called Tygervalley branch spoke to Samantha she said she would get a message to Marlyn to call me - nothing! Firday afternoon I get a call from Marlyn - I informed him I am terminating my contract with Nashua -
I have e-mailed Marlyn, the mail was returned, I then called the JHB head office spoke to Gontse ask asked him to send me a Termination of agreement document - Guess what? The fax return number printed on the document does not exist!
For a business who promotes and sells communication - a customer has no way of communicating with the service provider.
Sorry i'm taking my 15 odd years of loyalty to another service provider, hopefully to someone who provides a service
