I have now waited 3 weeks for my phone of which my number has already been ported and still DO NOT have a phone, i was called by Nashua mobile to say my phone had arrived only to find out that when it arrived the consultant ordered the wrong colour. I have now been told that I should wait between 2 to 3 weeks for the new phone to arrive. i then asked them to DOWNGRADE from the Samsung to an iPhone of which was said there is enough stock and i shouldn't't have to wait to long. 2 days after my request Nashua then calls me to tell me that i am liable for penalties as i have changed the handset. i don't see how this becomes my problem. No one in that store is qualified enough and quite frankly that store should actually be closed down as no one knows how a business should be run. till today I still do not have a handset and have run out of options, hopefully this will help.
