NO Client Service / bad attitude

I went for an upgrate on 7 March 2013 with Marlyn who informed me that my white Z10 will be available on Monday 11 March 2013. On arrival there I was told that the phone wasn't ordered and I was assisted by Warren, who accualy did order the phone. He told me that my white Z10 will be ready for pick up today (14 March 2013). After numerous calls I was informed that the white Z10 was on back order and they will be able to get 1 in Sandton and it will be in Cape Town by Tuesday. I've asked to speak with the manager, Wesly, as this is not acceptable and poor service. I said to him that I want my phone tomorrow, latest Saturday. His answer with an attitude was "that will not happe"n your phone will be here on Monday" I told him that I don't care what he do, I want my phone tomorrow.

I have nevere in my entire life experience such bad client service than with nashua mobile.
