No proper feedback

My husband took 2 contracts from Nashua Mobile in December 2011. In March 2012 one of the handsets broke and when we visited the store they said it would be too expensive to repair. the phone has been sitting, broken in one of the cupboards at home...

about a month and a half ago, the other handset was not picking up signal and going onto SOS. My husband took the phone in to the Glen for repairs where he was told it needs to be sent in and it will take around month to come back. 2 weeks ago he recieved a call from whoever was repairing the phone saying the damages will cost R1800 to repair because something broke inside and it was not insured. We were not offerd any insurance to start off with.

A guy named Wendall at the store keeps telling my husband that he will call him back with feedback and never does. almost 8 messages later, he still has not contacted him. my husband cannot be expected to pay that amount, he can put in a little more and buy a new handset.

Some sort of feedback will be appreciated. if we cannot be offered proper service, CANCEL the contracts and we will use a more efficient provide
