There was a problem with my salary not showing in my bank account on time when vodacom tried to debit my account. i then rearranged another debit order with vodacom accounts department on that participial day received an sms reading according to your arrangement, payment due today is R... blablabla. Vodacom valid to debit account instead they suspend my line, this was arranged early in the month already. then i tried to rearrange another debit order the same way, i was assured that the payment would go of on Friday, which also didnt happen. on Saturday i went so see vodacom shop in festival mall, i was told that with both resubmissions was a misunderstanding from the vodacom call centre consultants and was told to do a manual payment at standardbank. yesterday i did that just to find out they debit my account today, there is now no money left in my account and i am left with no money for petrol to even get to work. they would only be able to refund me the money in 16 working days time. what am i to do till the end of this month.
i am highly of at vodacom for they are incapable to stick to arrangements. im sure with the help of the new consumer act id be able to cancel
