Month end of November I had financial issued which caused some of my debits to be returned back. I arrange to pay the balance for my Vodacom account month end of December. they needed to debit the money off my account. Vodacom did not do that. today (09.01.2014) I received a statement claiming that I owe them 3300??? where does that amount come from Vodacom. usually my statement is around 800??? I want to know why did you not debit the money as arranged. now they have cut off my line and on top of that they have given me a notification to pay them within 7days??? I will not do that as they were the one's responsible to debit my account off. I have prof I even received an sms. if Vodacom does not sort this out I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO ICASA!!!
