Refund due to me

A debit order was deducted from my Bank account monthly for a TOP UP Contract which is not mine.
My husband have 3 contracts with Vodacom I have none because I have a prepaid phone. I have been to the VODASHOP in Gezina
To sort this out they could not help me either, If u look at the attached u will see the encircled amounts on my bank statements

In May I tried to stop the debit the next month Vodacom took 2 x payment plus I have to pay R100.00 extra for bank fees because the debit
Order did not go through/The question is WHO IS GOING TO REFUND ME FOR THAT?!!!

The unpaid debit will also make my name bad, Do u think it is fair? Would u like to pay for something that u do not have?
This is not my fault but Vodacom's how did they put bank details on the system if it was not verified - it let me wonder if someone is not busy with
. The person who's debit order it is suppose to be is also dishonest because he/she must have seen that it does not go off
Well I am sick and tired to speak to your call centre managers etc it is a major waste of my time and money. I please want my money that was taken from my bank account.
