I pay my VODACOM cellphone account through debit order, which goes through the 25th of every month. On Friday, January 25, 2013, VODACOM received their money but locked my phone, saying the did not receive the amount. Today, the 28 January 2013, I went to my Bank to find out what has happened - the Bank printed out a statement showing the debit order went through on 25/01/2013. My account has always been set on a debit order and I have had my account with VODACOM for over 2 year. This has never happened before and would like my account to be opened immediately.
