I sent my Blackberry in to the Vodacom shop at Woodlands Boulevard to be repaired. I received an SMS 3 weeks later stating that my phone was ready. When I went to fetch my phone, it had not been repaired, claiming that I had not responded to a request regarding a quote. No contact had been made with me regarding a quote.
They then promised to send my phone in to be repaired but did not contact me with any new information regarding my phone until I phoned them, they then told me it would cost over R1000 to fix my phone! They claim that because the phone was "physically damaged" they are not liable to fix the phone!
No proof has been provided of "physical damage" to my phone!
For the past 2 months I have been paying for my blackberry as well as for my blackberry service even though I don't have possession of the blackberry nor can I use the service!
