I would like to speak to a human, not a machine

I want to inquire as to when my contract expires so I an once and for all be rid of MTN and their pathetic service. This is virtually impossible because the callcenter puts you through a maze of recorded IVR and when you get to a consultant they put you through to another IVR that asks for a pin number.
