Pathetic service, as usual!

Tried unsuccessfully to cancel a second contract. First one based on shocking service done about two years ago, this one for the same reason. Now it's made virtually impossible to do it. Store of no help, they just phone the call center, who are useless to say the least! Now we tried to call the notoriously disgusting 0861232424 and don't even get hold of a human being. Call history of 9-49am. I want the cancellation noted and the date that this comes into effect. Not so difficult, yet there seems to be every attempt to stop me doing this. I'm sure all my interactions are noted on their system of my many trips to Midrand to get various other issues resolved. I have even previously battled them through their facebook page. So tired of dealing with Autopage, can't wait until all our accounts are closed! Please don't call the number in question, but MOBILEPHONE NUMBER listed below.
