Mulitichoice or bad-choice

Call center is pathetic. Over the last few days it is virtually impossible to get through and when you do it takes more than 30minutes before you can speak to a consultant. We pay a premium for service for poor service and repeats. We need more competition. Disappointed mulitichoice customer.
