Yesterday I spent 3 hours in Boardmans in Clearwater mall Waiting for your consultant to remove the fica block off my account, which I had fica'd in December 2012 already, After 3 hours and more than an hour on the phone still it was blocked after they acknowledged they had received the documents, it was so bad that the store manager even gave up. So now today I will have to go back to the store and pick up my items because your consultants are pathetic!!!
