I have a contract with Vodacom and have the Blackberry 9360 phone. This is one of the worst phones ever manufactured. I sent my phone in for repairs AGAIN, for I don't know how many times it went in for repairs now. I can't make or receive calls. This is the second new phone (same model) that Vodacom gave me and its not even couple of months and already experiencing problems with the phone. I spoke to the guy at the repair centre about the problem and I told him that I don't want the same model phone again. He is not prepared to help me! I would love some sort of assistance from Vodacom as I am paying a fair amount of money for this contract and would expect a decent phone. Please help me urgent!!! I am really disgusted at the service from the repair centre also very frustrated with all the inconvenience that they have put me through!
