I want to speak to a REAL person

I have a query on my account that could probably be sorted out pretty quickly but for the past half an hour I have been imputting infomation into automated phone lines and cannot get through to an actual person. My query is not one listed on the automated system and therefor it asks me for information I either dont have or is completely unnessisary. I have now tried the general call centre number, Broadway branch (which doesnt allow to press any number) and Musgrave branch which again I got lost in a maze of press 1 for this and press 2 for that. Do you not want to speak to you customers?
