I phone the call centre now. Ask if this call is being recorded. Inquire when my contract expires and by when I need to give notice. I am given all the relevant information. I ask the consultant "Do you know why I am cancelling my contract or do you not care". I am unhappy as I have not been approached for an upgrade and am told I must wait they will probably contact me within the month??? / What bull is that. I would rather go to another service provider, keep my number and they will be happy to have me as a customer. I am sure I would not have to lick every 2 years for an upgrade???
