Vodacom
They clearly do not want my business

Bad enough I have been defrauded thousands by Vodacom, now they don't want my business because I have complained. I have just spent three full days trying to "upgrade" my contract having received an sms telling me I should. I have learnt that ignoring an sms like this costs money. What a bunch of...??? According to the Vodacom website, my account is in arrears, which it is not. I phone 082 111 and get subjected to so called security questions, such as, what is my account number (my statements are emailed to me and I find carrying my desktop computer around with me a little difficult), couldn't answer that one. What is my package? Brown Paper? I have no idea and really don't know, I make calls and get billed for them, who cares? Now here was the dumbest question of all, What value adds to I have? I don't even know what that means, it is certainly not English. How does an educated person who can converse in proper English answer such imbecilic questions? They have now refused to assist me because I do not understand pigeon English and cannot answer impossible questions.
