Demanding answers without mentioning who you are

Username "mokhoak" called my mother in law last night, at 19:08PM demanding her to answer questions without even giving his name or answering her question of where he was calling from. After he kept ignoring her requests to answer her questions, he said that if she did not answer his questions that her phone will be locked. He was very abrupt and rude. My MIL would have happily given him all the info he needed, provided he gave his name and said where he was calling from. In this country, with all the going on, one is very hesitant to willingly give out any personal information, as I'm sure you can understand. He was VERY rude and demanding which is not the type of service we expect from Vodacom.

He then hung up the phone while she was speaking to him. She then received an sms stating that her phone was locked and to call 082111, which her husband did only to find out, that the business line department only operates until 6PM (which was strange as the man called her at 710PM!!) We have had to wait until this morning to try and sort out the matter.

I have to mention the wonderful service I had from Nlalanhla last night, and Lerato this morning. Thank you for your help.
