I called the client centre as I had runout of data on my laptop. I have a data bundle contract with Vodacom. After speaking to a consultant called Mpho who asked me anout 10 security questions, I suddenly found that I was speaking to Mamsy. Mpho had transferred me to another consultant without telling me why. Mamsy started asking me the same security questions that Mpho had asked. Then she asked me questions like, what is your Vodacom account number... I didnt know that... she asked me if I had ever called the call centre asking for any value added services... Ive never called the call centre instead Im always getting calls from Vodacom trying to sell me this or that so I didnt know about value added services... She said since I couldnt answer all the questions she was limited in assisting me. I asked since when I have had this new data bundle contract and she said I should go into a vodacom shop and they will assist me... she would not assist... SERIOUSLY??? Come on Vodacom I am not used to service like that...
