I contacted the Vodacom Call Centre to cancel or stop my sons sim as his phone was at School. I was informed that my son will need to answer some so called security questions. I asked the lady will it be in order for me to answer the questions seeing that my son is still at school. After answering the questions I was informed that I answered the questions incorrect and that she is not able to assist me. How do they expect someone to remember when and how much airtime they loaded. The funny part is that I do EFT for my kids airtime. What was the use to RICA the sim on my name if I am not able to stop or cancel the sim.
