Expiry Date for my Contract

I phoned Vodacom Customer Care to ask for Expiry Date for my contract, but the agent told me the system says I failed to answer 5 security questions. She told me that I should go to the nearest branch with my ID for verification. However, I asked the agent to provide me with the question that i did get right, but she refused to provide and kept insisting I should go to the nearest branch.

These companies don't understand we are busy people and don't have to waste by going to branches for unnecessary errands. All I wanted was Expiry date for my contract. The agent and the manger were very ruthless to me as for their customer service that was Unsatisfactory.

Questions and Answers from the agent and myself respectively:

What is your ID number? answer: Gave the correct ID
What is cellphone number in question? Answer: Gave the Cellphone number
what is the package name? I told her how much I pay every month.
Address? answer: I told her my postal address 30906 Mabuza Drive and residential Address: unit 42 Phuket Complex as I was unsure which address was registered
Type of Account? answer: Cheque

All I want it just Expiry Date.
