Bad customer service

I have had numerous issues with mtn since I took out my blackberry contract and this is not the first time I am am laying a complaint. It started off with the badservice I received from the east rand mall branch. Eventually I had to stop going there because of the bad service I received.

2ndly, I been having problems with my blackberry 9360, I took my contract out January last year and since then, I am on my 6th refurbished blackberry, every one I received has been faulty. On tuesday I received my 6th refurbished one from the repair centre in boksburg (the service there is very good though) However, I have had enough of faulty phones. Every 3 months, the refurbished phone gives me problems and it gets replaced with another one. Its inconvenient for me and frustrating.

3rdly, the network coverage has been bad. I was advised to do a sim swop but there isnt a difference, I actually had to load BIS on a vodacom card yet I am paying MTN every month for my contract with them

I need to get some sort of response because this whole situation is never ending. nobody is willing to co-operate. What has happened to customer service???!!! this has been going on for more than a year now.
