I want to lodge a formal complaint, I am not happy the way my child was treated yesterday evening. She is asthmatic, she was having chest pains, on arrival the doctor who was examining her told her that is not an emergency and ask why didn't she go to her Dr, which was not possible because she is in North west attending TVET college, her home is in the free state in Welkom, she was returned home without any assistance or proper check up to see if she is at risk or not she was given the prescription of which she was going to get the medication in the morning, she want back with the chest pain which is a concern based on the several asthma attack she was having a night before she went to the hospital, she thought she was better and she started feeling the chest pains again in the afternoon that is why she had to go to the hospital. I know that she is 18, that was not necessary she deserves the best treatment we are paying for. Please investigate the above matter so that those who are at the same situation being away from their homes could not received the same treatment.
