BAD REPAIR POLICY BLACKBERRY AND VODACOM

There is not enough space for me to even tell my story, but in a nutshell, i am still under 2 year contract, (technically paying HP) and have been with Vodacom basically since it's existance, I decided to "get with it" and leave my Nokia's behind and do the BlackBerry thing, (after only having one BlackBerry) NEVER upgrade to one again!!! since Dec 19th 2012, my original phone, almost 18 months old died, i was told it would be replaced, little did I know it was "REFURBISHED", only then to read the Cape Times, article about MTN & VODACOM on refurbished phones, someone's dead BB brought to life with bits and pieces, is actually a SECOND HAND phone, in the space of 4 weeks i went from my original phone to a broken REFURBISHED one, to ANOTHER broken REFURBISHED one to borrowing a phone from a friend, only to get my "new" replacement REFURBISHED phone which has also DIED after 2 days!!! Vodacare blames VODACOM and they inturn blame BlackBerry... i have begged and pleaded, I have slammed VODACOM AND BLACKBERRY all over Facebook, cuz of this, surely after 5 phones in 4 weeks SOMEONE would give me the time of day and replace it with a new boxed one, seems i am sadly mistaken!!!
