On 18 October I applied for a phone (iPhone 15) and tablet with Fundi my Student Loan. The application was processed and approved. After approval I received a call from the supplier DG Store to confirm that I have made the application, I confirmed everything, and they told me they will let me know when the order is dispatched. last week Thursday I received an sms from the supplier telling me that there is a delay I should be patient. There was no reason for the delay. I made several follow ups but still no luck. On 31 OcTOBER i GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE STORE TELLING ME THEY HAVE ESCALATED MY QUERY . On the same day I received a call that the order has been dispatched and I will recieve it today 02 November 2023. To my suprise when I called them today they tell me the order is still with them and the problem is that the phone I ordered is in high demand. I have been sending emails the whole morning no one bothers to respond.
