MTN Direct fetched the phone and sim card on 8 Mar 2013. Precious at the MTN Direct call centre have been advising me since then that the stock department havent scanned the returned phone since then,
thus a new phone and registration for porting cant be issued... How long will this take now?

We first contacted MTN to start prepairing for this whole process early February, contacted them again on the 27th of Feb, and then 1 Mar the Vodacom Autopage contract was supposed to end. Thereafter refer to my initial 15:38 Thu 7 Mar complaint.

This urgent enough yet MTN to attend to a customer's needs?
